About Carlos..
I started my mortgage career in 1992 after serving in Operation Desert Storm in the United States Marine Corp. At the time, interest rates were still in the 9% range and loan officers as well as real estate agents were getting out of the business and not into it. At first it felt as if I was still in the military; low pay & lots of hard work. I managed to make it through the tough times and here I am eighteen years later. Through my career I've been able to help families with the dream of homeownership by instilling trust, integrity, honesty, and simply put, work hard for them. The skills I've learned over the years have helped all of my clients and real estate partners succeed in closing their escrows. I still get calls from clients I've helped through the years and have even managed to help second generations.
The loan process is not as easy as it was a few years ago and having someone with the knowledge and skill to overcome those obstacles successfully is important in this new decade of regulation changes.
I pride myself in not just doing someone's loan but also in educating them and constantly keeping them informed of the loan process. I return phone calls and I'm very accessible.
